Leaking Ballast
Pipe Repair
EAPL was called to repair a leaking ballast pipe located in the engine room.
Working with the ship’s engineers, the pipe was removed for inspection and found to be corroded and worn.
After cleaning and removing all scale and rust, TIG welding was performed on the existing pipe.
The pipe was then reinstalled and pressure-tested to confirm a successful repair.
