As shown in the accompanying photo, the heater’s hot air baffle plate had developed a crack that required immediate attention.

EAPL responded promptly by drilling out the base of the crack using a 6mm drill bit, carefully grinding out the affected area, and fully welding both the crack and hole using a 136L stainless steel electrode.

While this task falls within the smaller end of EAPL’s scope of works, it reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality service—regardless of the job size.
