Resolved on MSC Ingrid
EAPL’s electrical team responded to an emergency callout aboard the MSC Ingrid after an onboard electrical fault prevented the vessel from departing.
Upon boarding at London Gateway, the team quickly identified and resolved a power-sharing issue between the generators. They implemented a temporary solution that allowed the ship to return to sea while replacement parts were arranged for a permanent repair.
