Urgent Fairlead Replacement

This job was not the usual straightforward like for like replacement. Significant modifications were required on the fairleads and the sniffners on the vessel.

EAPL only received a 24-hour notice period prior to the job needing to commence, however, EAPL were more than ready to rise to the demand and get organised. It took dedication from our hardworking staff, to mobilize a team, and to get our contractors on site ready for the job at hand. This required a lot of time, effort and co – ordination.

The vessel’s only availability for the works to be completed, was when the vessel was out of action. This meant that EAPL worked through less than ideal weathers conditions, powering through the wind and the rain, remaining focused and determined to get the job completed within the specified time frame.
