Marine Drag Head Rebuilt
Using Hardox Steel
EAPL was recently commissioned to carry out the renewal and modification of a drag head for one of our main clients.
This project formed part of our ongoing commitment to deliver high-quality, timely, and technically sound solutions to our partners in the marine and engineering sectors.
Following the client’s specifications and instructions, the drag head was carefully dismantled to allow for a complete . All worn and damaged sections of the original structure were cut and removed with precision. The replacement and modification works were executed using 10mm, 20mm, and 25mm Hardox steel. All fabrication and welding were carried out in EAPL’s fully equipped in-house workshop and our team of fully qualified and experienced welders.
