Fabricated and Installed

The existing crane seating, which had become worn over time, was carefully removed from the main deck. All original welds were stripped to prepare the area for the installation of the new seating.

The EAPL team precisely marked the positions for the new crane seating on the main deck to ensure accurate alignment. Steel plates were then cut to the required dimensions and rolled into a circular profile using industrial rollers. Mild steel brackets were carefully measured, marked, and cut to size, while the top flange was fabricated and sent for precision machining.

Once all steel components were completed, they were meticulously assembled and fully welded to form the new crane seating structure. The completed assembly was then lifted onto the vessel and carefully positioned on the deck. EAPL’s skilled welders executed full welds to secure the seating, ensuring a robust and durable installation.

The project was successfully completed, delivering a fully fabricated and installed crane seating that met the client’s specifications and quality standards.
